Another "Could I be Pregnant" question...?

My husband and I have been ttc for 2 years now. I've been sick so there hasn't been a ton of BD lately but we did on Valentine's Day. I have very irregular periods so I'm still not sure if and when I ovulate but I had some extremely light (only when wiping) bleeding for about 5 days from around the 2nd of February until the 7th or so. For the last few days I've been wearing a pad because I felt like there was extra discharge. I didn't notice any CM though. On the pad for the last few days there has been a light brown color. Not even like light brown bleeding. It's more like a beige to dirt color. Gross, I know. Also for the last two days I've had an incredible appetite. I can't seem to get enough to eat and I usually only eat once or twice a day at most. I've also had what I think is heartburn. I'm not sure because I've never had it before. I guess the main thing I'm wondering about is the weird brown color on the pad. The other symptoms I'm sure I'm just throwing in there because I want to be pregnant so badly....But also since Valentine's day was about two and a half weeks ago, I was wondering if those symptoms (if they're even symptoms) would coincide with the timing....
