All of those you mentioned might have some grounding in the play, but to the best of my understanding crazed obsession makes him corrupted all throughout the play. Even though it is Lady MacBeth who forcibly pushes MacBeth onto murdering Duncan, it is MacBeth himself who continues this murdering spree all the way to the end. His great thirst for power and the title drive him off course. Crazed/wrong bsession is what ultimately brings him down in the end.
