Where can I find UNBIASED information about Hugo Chavez?

I don't know anything about him and I'm not writing a report for school; I'm just curious. The Wikipedia page indicates that the information might be biased, and all the sources I followed up on seemed to be biased and contradict information I found in other sources. I've read dozens of Y!A answers but they're not authoritative and could be biased as well. Can the US government be trusted to provide unbiased information, given their position toward Chavez and the Bush Administration's reputation for pervasive lying? Any good sources?
