What is MSI.exe and MSI.com.?

it could be a virus and it could not be, a virus can be disguised as anything even programs you wouldnt suspect, thats how they infect you they pretend to be a program that looks normal when they are in fact hurting your computer. what you want to do is find out where the files for the msi.exe are supposed to be stored on your computer. if they are in there good that means that it is more than likely a legitimate program. but if you find the files for it somewhere else like your my doents folder it is more than likely a virus. you can search for them by running search on your computer and typing msi in and finding where they are. then run a full system antivirus scan to make sure that your computer is infected.
