Help me out, please read this and answers! Any answers are appreciated!?

Okay, I have a lil' bit of fat. I am 5'4 and weigh 164. I have A LOT of muscle when I flex, in my legs, stomach, arms, etc. I am a martial artist so I do have mucho muscle!:) Um... some people call me fat but my close friends have acctually felt my muscles and have been wowed. I have heard muscle weighs more than fat but still I have SOME fat that I wanna lose. The problem is every time I go to lose...I can stay motivated for about 2 days or so and then completely crash. I just wish I could stay more motivated. Any suggestions? ANY answers will be appreciated! BTW-What are some good ways to lose OTHER than Weight Watchers and all those programs and pills, I wanna do something old fashioned.
