How does urine contain so much salt and yet does not precipitate?

Urine contains highly concentrated salts and nitrogenous wastes. Normally solution of such high concentration would precipitate already. Why doesn't urine precipitate? My guess is it has a buffer system in there. Am I right? and more specifically, what buffer are we talking about please? Thanks very much.
