All-You-Can-Eat (not buffet) Sushi near Seattle/Everett?

I'm looking for a sushi restaurant with an all-you-can-eat option that is not a buffet. I'm a little wary of eating sushi that's been sitting out on a bar for however long, but it would be great to pay one price and be able to try a variety of different things without worrying over the price of every roll. If you know of a place around Seattle or Everett (or somewhere in-between) I would very much appreciate a recommendation. Thank you!
