How to get rich quick on runescape when starting a new account, any free acounts/pwords?

I had an old runescape account which got hacked my moderators somehow so i have to start again, i was Wondering after all that hard work and effort i did on my first account how am i supposed to do that again?, it will take ages!!. so firstly, i need a lot of money, boost up my levels, but i cant be botherd to be doing that so is there and free accounts and pwords to giveaway for free? if there is, then post it as your answer, the account that works i will give it as the best answer, no bogus accounts! ;)
