Ladies help! What's my next step?

Alright so I have the BIGGEST crush on this girl in one of my cles (I'm in college). After a couple weeks of admiring her from afar I finally got the courage to approach her. I ended up walking her to her car and we had some great convo. She even likes to snowboard as much as I do (how cool is that??). Anyway I spent the next couple weeks walking her to her car after cl, saying hi when I saw her, ya know, planting the seed. The only thing is she seems pretty shy, which I dig. I am definitley getting the feeling she is liking me though. So on Thursday we were walking to our cars and had a great convo where I had her laughing and whatnot the whole time. I said to her "hey, I dont know your situation, but could I call you sometime?" She says "Yea, sure!".....so I'm feeling pretty good right now. My question is, what is my next step? I have been trying to play it cool and it seems to be working. I thought it would be good to give it the weekend to sink in and then maybe ask her to lunch or dinner next week. Is that a good plan? I was also thinking of maybe texting her tomorrow and saying "hey, hope your weekend was good. I'm looking forward to seeing you this week." Good move? Help girls! I dont want to screw it up with her, I like her a lot. Thanks for all the responses!
