Why do you call it an asteroid when its outside the hemisphere, yet call it hemorrhoid when its in your ***?

2nd part of Q shud read '...when its inside Ur'..haemorrhoid's are a pain in the ****, but with an asteroid heading towards Earth..you can kiss your **** goodbye!
