My tank overstocked??

i have 4 guppies, algae eater, cory catfish, 1 flame tetra, and a 3.5inch honey gourami... can i add four more flame tetras?? i think i might be pushing it.. i got lots of plants and a good filter (16gallon bowfront fishtank)
